"Planning for the Time and Energy of Teacher- students in dormitories is necessary"

Prof. Hossein Khanifar at the meeting of the the Council for the Directors of Central Organization of FTEU

The meeting of the council for directors of different fields of FTEU was held on Tuesday, 28th of Farvardin in the Central Organization of FTEU. The aim of this meeting was to develop participatory management and to benefit from the ideas, openions and suggestions of middle managers in order to achieve predictable goals and sharing the issues in different departments and offices. Prof. Khanifar, the President, Dr. Zivayar, the Senior Adviser of the president, and  Dr. Mohammadi, Director in General of the Directorate department were among the participant of the meeting.

Prof. Khanifar pointed out the importance of reporting and responding to different departments  and the headquarters to gain valuable experiences from colleagues and to receive feedback on plans and policies. he stated  that some of the problems and demands should be meet in the provinces, and the headquarters should focus on long-term plans and strategic thinking.

Dr Khannifer argued that the cost on teacher education is essentially a kind of investment. "Good management is the management of capital appreciation. Emphasizing the need to plan for the time and energy of teacher-students in dormitories, He said that the vice presidency for Cultural Affairs should be more active than other sectors and should contribute to the development of a creative and artist teachers. He noted that the respect for the clients, the proper and prompt response, the use of all capacities and planning for the future are among the the most important issues in FTEU, and stated that the managerial team in FTEU wellcomes the operational proposals, innovative and effective cultural programs in student education, and experience of the field experts. He also announced the plan for creating an internal audit committee for the university.

In the meeting, Dr Mohammadi, Director General of the Public Relations Department, expressed appreciation for the co-operation between managers and hoped: "In the shadow of empathy, we will be able to take steps to achieve the university's high goals." he stated that Following the meetings held with the authorities in the Central Organization and Provinces as well as officials outside the university, favorable results and a wave of hope and vitality is felt in FTEU.  Dr. Mohammadi declared the establishment of councils for working areas in five regions in the country in the future. as a result of these councils with interactive communication, and with the assistance of the departments' heads of directors,  the executive issues involved in campuses and centers will be faciliated. He emphasized the importance of such meetings for coherence, understanding constraints, awareness, and direct communication among the managers. He noted that everyone must engage to introduce FTEU. 

in this meeting, various departments briefed on the actions taken in the areas related to the constraints and challenges ahead and offered their suggestions. The necessity of paying attention to the time of student attendance at the dormitories, the importance of internship, the management of facilities with limited resources, financial transparency, matching of budget receipts and implementation, the role of the deputy educational in creating the satisfaction of professors and Student Teachers,  Planning for Admission of Students, Educational Officers, Conducting a Discussion on the Decommissioning of 45% of Students of Science, the Importance of Specialist and Conscious Awareness in Areas, Educational Programs, participation in the production of content for courses and in-service training were among the issues discussed at the meeting.
