Teacher is the Main Factor in Transformation
Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Education, at the meeting and educational-Cultural course for teacher student with the highest rank in the nation-wide university entrance exam:
Mehdi Navid Adham, a member of the Board of Trustees of FTEU and the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Education said that due to the new findings ineducation and social sciences, system of education in Iran needs fundamental changes, but can we come up a good result with just some minor changes? Researchers' findings suggest that there should be a fundamental review of this system.
"Educational institution just focuses on teaching and student mind assumptions; however, we need a cultural and educational institution that teaches children how to live. Based on the Transformation Document, students must also be able to acquire the capabilities necessary to achieve the pure life, and in this regard, many components must be transformed. One of the main components is the teacher, who has an irreplaceable role in the fulfillment of the fundamental document.
Navid Adham said that FTEU has two serious missions. One is teacher education, and in fact, it needs to provide decent teachers for system of education education. Another mission is the reproduction and empowerment of the current teachers. Education requires a stability, then ten years later the results of the current management would flourish. teacher-students are expected to educate the younger generation, which is the main capital of the country.

Dr. Adham stated that An empowered teacher should not be indifferent toward the pain of the community and must have good skills to hear. A successful teacher should follow Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and provide the context for achieving the Pure Life.
