The second Intimate meeting of the Directorate of FTEU with the President of the university

With the aim of developing participatory management and benefiting from the ideas, and suggestions of middle managers, the second meeting of the council of Directors of different departments of FTEU was held  in order to achieve the predictable goals. Prof. Khanifar, the president and Dr Mohammadi, Director General of the Directorate and Senior Advisor of the University were in this meeting.

Outlining the steps taken in each department, managers talked on the constraints and challenges ahead and offered their suggestions.

Necessity of coherence between departments, increasing the interaction of university administrators, the need to pay attention to the development of staff sports activities, the desirability of employees, avoiding parallel work in the organization, reconsidering the recruitment of the contractual employees, considering the college degrees of staff since the beginning of 1397, equipping thelibraries, the necessity of developing scientific journals, strengthening the category of internship, emphasizing the precision of compliance with the elegant legal points in the references and correspondence, the formation of the headquarters for The commemoration of one hundredth annivarsary of establishment of teacher education in Iran  in 1997 and the role of security department in tranquility and peace in FTEU were among the topics discussed in the meeting.
