Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) is an important achievement of the Islamic Republic of Iran and a symbol of cultural interest in all aspects of development. Establishment, consolidation and development of teachers are usually done based on upstream documents and strategic plans such as the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE) that illustrate Farhangian University as the clear example of the Islamic University. Farhangian University, affiliated to the Ministry of Education and run by the Board of Directors, has legal personality, financial and administrative autonomy.
