According to Public Relations of University of Farhangian, Following on floods in the south of Sistan and Baluchistan province and drastic reduction in blood stocks and blood products, on Tuesday, 11/11/1998, referring to the Blood Transfusion Center, Central Organization colleagues donated blood to flood victims in Sistan and Baluchistan.
