Respectfully, while congratulating the Sha'baniyah holidays, we would like to remind you that due to the special conditions and prevalence of Qovid-19 disease and the closure of face-to-face classes in schools and universities, Farhangian University has been increasing the productivity of honorable professors and students in the first semester. The current academic year (2009-2010) has provided full-time special arrangements during office and non-business hours for continuing university classes electronically, the most important of which are:

1- Upgrading and developing the technical and communication infrastructure of Farhangian University's e-learning system by increasing the number of servers of this system from 1 to 2 servers, increasing the internet bandwidth from 50 to 400 MB per second, and improving their memory in the short-term smart program center.
It should be noted that in the long run, after the end of the Nowruz holiday and the provision of relative conditions, the number of servers of the e-learning system is expected to double and the Internet bandwidth of the system will increase to the required number of professors and students across the country. It is a big step towards increasing the speed and improving the quality of electronic services.

2- Uploading more than one terabyte of electronic content related to 11 official courses of the second semester of the academic year 1398-99 and establishing access for 346 teachers from all over the country in 31 provinces related to these 11 e-courses and about 44,000 thousand students in the semester. The current courses have been taken and the remaining 30 content production courses will be uploaded in the future.

3- Creating a platform for about 1400 e-classrooms so far for face-to-face courses of the university to compensate for the closure and continuation of face-to-face classes (which this process continues)

4- To facilitate the work with the e-learning system and benefit from these facilities, video and text guides, including full explanations about the installation of the necessary software, how to enter the e-learning system (LMS), holding and participating in online classes and using halls The video recording of the classes was provided and the portal of the campuses and university centers, as well as the social systems and networks, were informed.

5- In order to share content and teaching resources, the platform of Virtual Teacher Learning Network (Shamim) has been provided as a dedicated network of Farhangian University, and to facilitate the work with this network, it has prepared a "Social Network User Guide (Shamim)". This includes a complete explanation of how to log in and access the network, create a group and its settings, how to share files and educational content and multimedia files, the possibility of polls, how to join groups, send and receive messages, and more.

6- In the current critical situation, in the university smart center in full time and during working and non-working hours, in the form of technical experts, holding classes (defining classrooms and meeting halls and preparing all the necessary basic requirements, providing necessary training to professors to teach in the system Learning, responding to the technical problems of professors and students, etc.) and technical and network experts (troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hardware systems and software and updating them, purchasing new hardware and equipment, monitoring and improving the quality of communication infrastructure, etc.) Users are and care about this Carriers have.

Future goals:
1- Good content production is another important step in the development of e-learning courses, which according to the decision of the Higher Education Planning Council to provide a maximum of 10% of virtual courses, in the new year is considered according to global standards of electronic content production and The infrastructure of the university should design, compile and produce some of the required courses by using the knowledge, facilities and internal experiences of the university as well as outsourcing to specialized companies.

2- One of the important concerns of Farhangian University, which is a prerequisite for providing quality services and we pay special attention to it, is the continuous improvement and provision of communication and physical infrastructure and hardware and software facilities, which, God willing, will increase in the new year.
