Training the human resources, Farhangian Teacher Education University plays a major role in making the Islamic civilization

 

Prof. Hossein Khanifar said that Human resources are an important part of civilization. No civilization has been formed without educated human resources. He went on that FTEU is responsible for training teachers whose job is educating future generations. Experience has shown that since the 1970s, countries that have experienced maturity and shown sustainability have invested in human resources, especially teachers.

He said that FTEU seeks to compensate the need of the Ministry of Education in the main fields then seeks to review the existing contents and resources to improve the quality of existing human resources. Islamic-Iranian civilization is formed when an educated teacher nurtures the generation of the digital age. Both with the Iranian Islamic identity and in line with the holy goals of the Islamic Republic. Therefore, the best and most complex task in the education system is to train educated teachers.

Our country is a country of youth and the future of Iran is in the hands of these students and we must make a reasonable investment for them. In order to shape a civilization, we must reform the education system. He added that the best source for civilization is the education system.
