Attracting education human resources through Farhangian and Shahid Rajaei universities

The Supreme Leader of the Revolution added: In the Islamic system, the result of twelve years of education and training of children, adolescents and youth should be the training of faithful, wise, thoughtful and thoughtful people, scientists, disciplined, fair, with Islamic morals and in a word, Mujahideen and people Be action.

Ayatollah Khamenei raised the question of what characteristics the education system should have to train such people, adding: To achieve the logic and purpose of humanization, education as a great cultural army needs a solid foundation and fundamental change.

The Supreme Leader of the Revolution, referring to the passage of 9 years since the drafting of the Education Transformation Document, added: "In this document, the macro goals and general strategies have been specified, and an executive plan should be prepared based on policies."

He added: "The executive plan of the Transformation Document, despite the efforts of various governments, has not yet been fully formulated, and the Higher Education Council and its general management must fulfill this responsibility."

The Supreme Leader of the Revolution called the restoration of the period of the Transformation Document with a complementary view as one of the provisions of the Transformation Document and the duty of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, and added: Education officials should follow up on this issue.

He called for "scheduling" and "determining indicators of progress" in the comprehensive plan for the implementation of the Transformation Document, adding: "The comprehensive plan must be sound and include all the goals of the Transformation Document."

Ayatollah Khamenei also considered the correct explanation of the transformation document important and said: the transformation document should be explained clearly and attractively for all levels of education so that all principals and teachers are motivated to implement it accurately.

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution called teachers the decisive elements in the great cultural system of education and stressed the need to protect the dignity and role of teachers and said: They are, and every teacher should feel that he or she is the future maker.

Ayatollah Khamenei added: "Education should also support the dignity and status of teachers, and this goal should be achieved with the help of the parliament and related bodies such as the Program and Budget Organization."

He stressed: "Looking at education should be looking at an infrastructure, not consumption, and spending on education should be seen as investing in infrastructure."

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution considered culture-building to promote the respect and dignity of teachers in society as the third important factor in protecting the status and dignity of this group and said: "Cultural institutions, especially radio and television, have a very important role in this field." Ayatollah Khamenei considered the issue of teacher recruitment and training very important and pointed to Farhangian and Shahid Raja'i universities, noting that it should be planned and capacity-building so that teachers from all over the country can enter education only through these two universities and the parliament. He stressed the importance of considering religious, moral and political competencies in recruiting teachers and said: "A correct and wise choice should be made in recruiting teachers and low-quality personnel should not be allowed to enter education."
