The Minister of Education stated: Teacher training centers in recent decades, were full of honesty and purity, and the best forces were trained in these centers and student-teachers were very active.
Referring to the deprivations of teacher training centers in recent decades, he continued: "Discrimination must always be prevented."
Nouri pointed out: the doors of places like; the research organization, research centers, human resources, etc. should be open to student-teacher researchers so that students can easily conduct research in the desired centers.

Dr. Nouri informed about the efforts to finance Farhangian University and said: we should not hurry to continue postgraduate studies, but we should increase our skills and abilities.
He added: "Teachers should have a curriculum and master it, because without a curriculum, an entrepreneurial and research-oriented student will not be trained."
