The Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran started with the slogan "We are what we read".

The Thirtieth Book Week of the Islamic Republic of Iran started from Twenty-Two of November  till The twenty-seventh of November with the slogan "We are the ones we read".

Iran Book and Literature House has announced this week's date as follows:

Naming the days of the week in the book Day History name of the day.

Saturday: Book, student, future.

Sunday: Books, family, conscious life.

Monday: Book, student, knowledge-based progress.

Tuesday: Books, reading books and librarians.

Wednesday: Books, media and Persian language.

Thursday: Publishers, booksellers and pillars of the publishing industry.

Friday: Books, sports and chivalry.

In this regard, the Department of Libraries and Documents of the Research and Technology Vice-Chancellor of Farhangian University has compiled and sent a code of practice for the libraries of campuses/provincial units on the occasion of celebrating this week.

Among the executive actions of the book week ceremony will be as follows:

* Holding an educational workshop "Using scientific databases shared by the university" * Holding a training workshop on "Internet search strategies"

* Holding "Human Library" training workshop

* Installing book week posters in public spaces of campuses/educational units

* Installing the posters sent by the Research and Technology Vice-Chancellor in libraries and places of attendance of faculty members and students

* Setting up an exhibition of books and publications with the priority of education and teacher training

* Holding reading competitions

* Holding book review and presentation meetings

* Other creative programs managed by librarians of campuses/centers
