Employment of Teachers with PH.D as Faculty members of FTEU

Prof. Sahraie, the president of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) declared that certified teachers who have Ph.D. can be employed as faculty members in FTEU. He stated that with genuine support of the minister of Science, Research and Technology and also the minister of Education, one of the fundamental tasks to train the capable and competent teachers got fulfilled.

Teachers who have acquired Ph.D. are good role models for the student teachers, and due to their experience and proficiency they can transmit their knowledge more efficiently to them. He asserted that there are many practical courses such as practicum, primary education, education for students with special needs and other majors in FTEU which the teachers who have PhD can teach them well.
