The president of Farhangian University named the selection of capable and expert managers, delegating authority to them and having a competent monitoring system as the components of successful performance and said: the headquarters is the base and the support of the line, while notifying laws and appropriate monitoring should be planned in such a way As much as possible, provincial managers should be given the necessary authority.

He considered Farhangian University to be a mission-oriented university affiliated with the executive body and stated: In terms of the university structure and concept, Farhangian University and its professors and student teachers should have the same privileges and opportunities as other universities.
