Having Elites as Teachers Is Precious and Must be Maintained and Promoted

Chancellor of Farhangian Teacher Education University.

In a meeting with the members of the board of directors, the academics, and the colleagues of the central organization of Farhangian University, the chancellor of the university, Mr. Borzouei, stated that in the latest organization of the university, there will be a National University (Central Organization) and 31 provincial universities.

He announced the recruitment of about 1000 academic members; however, it still has long to reach the standard of the ratio of academics to students.

Mr. Borzouei stated the issues related to turning to a reference, national and international effective and inspiring development in the area of teacher training according to the basics of Islamic Education, educating (Islamic, revolutionary, Iranian, Human) professional and expert graduates. He added that the evolution in education dominance, empowering and promoting the proficiency level of the teachers, managers, and other human capitals, enforcement and promotion of the position of research, innovation, and science and technology production in the teacher training area and interdisciplinary knowledge of education are the main goals.
