Gholam Ali Haddad Adel at Welcoming Ceremony of New Student-Teachers:
Development of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) to Be Most Reliable Way of Educational Justice

Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, a member of the Board of Trustees at FTEU referred to his 59-year teaching experience and reiterated that teaching is an honorable job. He added that a capable teacher is probably able to compensate for shortages to some extent.

He also stated that the best and most reliable way to develop, strengthen, and serve the education system for educational justice is the proper qualitative and quantitative development of FTEU, so it is the best for the student-teachers to prepare themselves for a long-term service during the 4 years of studying at university.

Gholam Ali Haddad Adel added that the personality of teachers is considered the verification criterion of values by students. Therefore, every teacher must be a scientist, but not every scientist is a teacher. A teacher must have the art and skill of teaching in addition to the scientific command of the specialist field of teaching.
