In the specialized meeting of the managers of the Center for Supervision, Assessment, and Quality Assurance of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU), held on February 6th, 2025, the spokesperson for the Administrative and Recruitment Affairs Organization, Seyyed Mohammad Shafiei, pointed out the high contribution rate of education in the government and said that it is an index of importance and effectiveness of the education system on the executive structure of the country.
He referred to the fast-paced evolution in the area of novel technology and artificial Intelligence and stated that we must be alert to the fact that our plans and policies today might need to be updated and changed in the future. Therefore, resistance to change must make a barrier against progress, and with a prospective vision, we need to move in accordance with evolution.
He emphasized the necessity of taking optimum advantage of experts at all career levels and an objective assessment of teachers to be at the desirable standard level. Shafiei stated that the strengths of all organizations must be noticed to motivate and lead to growth.
