The increase in the number of positions at FTEU to 7,700 positions was approved by the government.
In the meeting of the government chaired by the president, Dr. Pezeshkian, on March 13th, 2025, the government approved the increase in the number of positions at FTEU.
After over 8 months, with the efforts of Alireza Kazemi, the Minister of Education, and Rajab Ali Borzooei, the Chancellor of FTEU, and the support of the government, and the coordination and holding intensive expert meetings in several commissions of the government, the Administrative and Employment Organization, and the Planning and Budget Organization, the increase in the number of positions at FTEU from 5,200 to 7,700 was approved by the government.
