Gholam Ali Haddad Adel: Teacher Education to be Key to Improved Education

Stating that both teachers and managers can be educated at Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU), Haddad Adel, a member of the Board of Trustees of FTEU and a member of the Higher Education Council, said that If we educate competent managers and teachers, they, with their initiatives, will be able to compensate for some of the shortcomings that we are unable to quickly deal with.

 

He added that education quality improvement requires attention to several factors. An essential one is teacher education that will ensure the qualitative and quantitative training of a sufficient number of teachers for schools. He said that by educating competent managers and teachers, the negative effects of some deficiencies, that we are unable to quickly compensate, will be reduced.
