Message from Education Minister on Iranian Delegation’s Success in Serbian Student Olympics

The Minister of Education issued a congratulatory message on the success of the Iranian Delegation in the Serbian Student Olympics.

According to the Ministry of Education’s Public Relations Center, the message from Alireza Kazemi, the Minister of Education, is as follows:

The proud and dignified presence of the sports delegation of male and female students under the age of 15 in the Serbian Gymnasium Competition (World Student Sports Olympics), under the name “Hope of Iran” and with the slogan “All together for Iran, for school,” for the first time in this age group, winning 86 colorful medals (29 gold, 28 silver, and 29 bronze), that caused the holy flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran to fly proudly in the world, is a source of pride for the country’s education system.

Dear students, your delightful results in the 2025 Serbian Gymnasiade Championships, have created a wave of hope and happiness for the great nation of Iran, especially for your families, classmates, teachers, principals, all the contributing people in the field of education, and the entire society, especially in the country's schools.

 

The pride you, the future generation of the Islamic country, have made, especially winning the world championship title in chess, boys’ table tennis, freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, and boys' taekwondo, demonstrates the power of faith and trust in God, and is achieved thanks to the commitment, willpower, ability, efforts, and responsibility of you and your caring coaches, and is a promise to a bright future for championship sports and indicates the flourishing sports talents and the development of sports in the country through investment in educational sports.

 

While appreciating the support of the Honorable President, the government, the Planning and Budget Organization, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and the country's sports federations, I congratulate you, my dear children, your parents, coaches, guardians, physical education teachers, school administrators, executive agents of the delegation, and all those involved in the country's education and sports system, on this valuable and unique success. I wish you health, success, and progress in all areas of life, by the grace of God.
