Chancellor of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU): FTEU to Increase Student Dormitory Capacity
Emphasizing the plans to increase the capacity of dormitories, Rajab Ali Borzooei, the chancellor of FTEU, who attended the Education Committee of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stated that approximately nine trillion Tomans (Iranian Currency) have been spent on renovation and equipping the university dormitories, so we have approached the standard. However, due to the high population of students, we are still facing a lack of capacity. He added that it must be considered that the system of FTEU is different from other universities in that all the students are supposed to live in dormitories.
The chancellor of FTEU said that in order to solve the problem of the shortage of dormitories, it is advisable to take advantage of benefactors’ charitable actions. He added that based on the scheduled plan, by September, every student applying for a room will be provided one.
