Chancellor of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) Emphasized: Interaction Development, Infrastructure Strengthening, and Quality Improvement to be Main Measures of Provincial Administrators after Authority Delegation

On the second day of the seasonal meeting of provincial administrators and the members of the board of directors of FTEU, the chancellor of the university, Rajab Ali Borzooei, pointed out the achievements of the previous year and the evolutionary plan of the current year, and emphasized the significance of the teaching dignity of the academic members and student-teachers. He referred to teacher education as a sacred area that is accompanied by both material and spiritual good and stated that tactfulness, effective listening, generosity, and patience are the essential characteristics for working in FTEU, and added that the administrators, in addition to the mentioned features, must be constantly interactive and persistent.

 

The chancellor of FTEU pointed out the higher provincial authority, the necessity of careful planning, and having a highly specialized team, and added that while strengthening supervision and guidance, the central headquarters will also play a facilitating role.
