Chancellor of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) in First Meeting of Central Headquarters of Arbaeen Hosseini: Holding Arbaeen Ceremony is Most Romantic Cultural Activity of University

The chancellor of FTEU, Rajab Ali Borzooei, in the first meeting of the Central headquarters of Arbaeen Hosseini, which was held on June 1^st, 2025, on planning the dispatch of the Arbaeen caravan, stated that there is no doubt in the value of this trip. Arbaeen pilgrimage is a principle in our religion.

Emphasizing the necessity of maintaining the purity and spirituality of the Arbaeen pilgrimage, Borzooei said that financial aid must increase. However, the aid must not be weakened by administrative and numerical approaches. If the university is supposed to help, the support must be at the highest level of power to let it remain a people/student-oriented movement. He demanded an increase in the contribution of the university and said that if 3000 pilgrims were dispatched last year, this year the number should increase to 10000, and the priority is given to those who have never gone on this pilgrimage trip.

Emphasizing the necessity of assigning the project implementation to the provinces and reinforcing the provincial administration, Borzooei clarified that the Arbaeen pilgrimage must be assigned to the student body of provinces, and proposed that the Arbaeen pilgrimage or Rahian Noor trip be a student necessity so that every student-teacher can have the opportunity to participate in one of these spiritual trips and it is officially recognized as a part of their cultural education.
