Chancellor of FTEU Emphasized Necessity of Qualitative and Quantitative Improvement of Research Activities of Academic Members
According to the Public Relations Department of FTEU, in the 11th meeting of the Audit Committee of the university, on June 1st, 2025, which aimed to review the long-term policies and improve the scientific and research indices, the chancellor of FTEU and the chairman of the committee, Rajab Ali Borzooei, described the scientific vision of the university and emphasized the vitality of constant progress in research areas and considered being the scientific reference to be a strategic goal of the university in the future.
He considered the key role of the academic members to be prominent in realizing the goal and demanded the strengthening of infrastructure and research incentives in the university.
During the meeting, the distinguished professor of Tehran University and a member of the Audit Committee of FTEU, Ali Akbar Saboori, pointed out the vitality of clarifying scientific evaluation indicators and expressed some points about quality improvement of articles, local science production, and increasing the effectiveness of the university research.
Based on the meeting approvals, it was decided that in an online meeting with the academic members of FTEU, every point will be precisely and practically explained.
