Chancellor of Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU):
Most Elite Students of Country with Superior Grades be Admitted to FTEU

In the meeting of the Administrative Council of Sabzevar, the chancellor of FTEU, Rajab Ali Borzooei, congratulating Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Ghadir, and appreciating the support of the representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, particularly Dr. Mohebi and Dr. Mohseni, pointed out the strategic position of the university in the education system of the country and announced the important developmental steps in Sabzevar, and stated that FTEU is known as the beating heart of the Ministry of Education; the statements of the Supreme Leader and the special emphasis of the dear president on the significance of the university has led to specific attitudes of various institutions to it.

 

He added that FTEU is the only university that belongs to the education system; today, the most elite students with the highest grades are admitted to FTEU, and nearly 90% of them are studying at universities located in the capitals of provinces; a great capacity that will bring about a brilliant future for the country.

 

Referring to the scientific and academic capacity of Sabzevar, the chancellor of FTEU stated that Sabzevar is among university-oriented cities with high scientific capacity. Today, we are witnessing a historic event in this city; after 12 years since the establishment of FTEU, a branch of the university has managed to obtain an independent code from the Council for the Development of Higher Education. By the efforts of the representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, local authorities, and local people, the license for the establishment of the branch for female students is to be finalized and will soon welcome new students.
