Kazem Delghandi Appointed Acting Vice Chancellor for Planning and Resource Development at FTEU

Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) has announced the appointment of Dr. Kazem Delghandi as Acting Vice Chancellor for Planning and Resource Development. The official decree was issued by Dr. Rajab Ali Borzooei, Chancellor of FTEU, during a formal ceremony held on Tuesday, July 23, 2025, at Shahid Bahonar Campus in Tehran.

According to the university’s Public Relations Office, the appointment ceremony took place on the sidelines of a strategic consultation meeting between provincial directors and members of the university’s executive board. During the session, Dr. Borzooei expressed his sincere appreciation for the dedicated service and valuable contributions of Mr. Mojtaba Heidari, the outgoing vice Chancellor.

In his remarks, Dr. Borzooei emphasized the importance of continuity, strategic planning, and institutional development, stating that Mr. Delghandi’s appointment reflects the university’s commitment to strengthen its operational and resource management capacities.

The new acting vice Chancellor is expected to lead key initiatives in administrative planning, financial oversight, and resource optimization, in alignment with the university’s long-term strategic goals.
