Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) Chancellor Praises Nationwide Teacher Qualification Assessment: Trainees Express Satisfaction

Dr. Rajab Ali Borzooei, Chancellor of FTEU, commended the successful administration of the National Teacher Professional Qualification Assessment (known as Aslah), describing it as one of the university’s largest academic events. He reported high levels of satisfaction among participants and praised the nationwide coordination of the examination process.

On Friday morning, September 6, 2025 (corresponding to 19 Rabi' al-Awwal 1446 AH), Dr. Borzooei visited the Shohadaye Makkah higher educational center to observe the assessment procedures firsthand. He evaluated the logistical and operational arrangements as highly effective and well-executed.

With nearly 70,000 teacher trainees participating across the country, Borzooei noted that all stages of the exam were carried out with precision. Candidates expressed full satisfaction with the testing environment, educational content, and respectful treatment throughout the process.

He added that through direct communication with officials in over 15 provinces, the university confirmed that the exam had commenced smoothly and progressed without incident nationwide.

The university Chancellor extended his gratitude to the teams involved, including the Office of Supervision, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance; the Security Directorate; provincial administrators; the Resource Development Division; and all operational staff. He emphasized that FTEU colleagues consistently demonstrate strong commitment and exemplary performance in the field.

Dr. Borzooei stated that the successful implementation of the Aslah assessment marks a strategic step toward elevating the university’s standing within Iran’s academic community. He reaffirmed the university’s ambition to become a leading educational authority not only nationally but also across the Islamic world.

“FTEU is poised to become the beating heart of Iran’s education system,” he said, “as envisioned by the Supreme Leader and affirmed by the Minister of Education, who described the university as the core of the ministry.”

In closing, Dr. Borzooei described this achievement as a testament to the university’s institutional strength and expressed hope that even greater and more impactful initiatives will follow in the coming years.
