FTEU Holds 45th Session of Permanent Commission of Board of Trustees

The 45th session of the Permanent Commission of FTEU's Board of Trustees was held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 (21 Rabi' al-Awwal 1446 AH), with the participation of commission members.

During the meeting, Dr. Rajab Ali Borzooei, Chancellor of FTEU, presented a report on the university’s recent initiatives and expressed appreciation for the special support provided by the Plan and Budget Organization, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the Ministry of Education.

He noted that, with the backing of the Administrative and Recruitment Organization, the detailed organizational structure of 31 provincial branches of the university had been officially approved and communicated. He also highlighted a significant increase in the university’s development and capital budget over the past two years.

Dr. Borzooei elaborated on the university’s transformative studies, including the drafting of a promotion bylaw tailored to FTEU's unique context and the revision of the practicum guidelines for student-teachers. He emphasized that FTEU has the potential to become a scientific authority in teacher education both nationally and across the Islamic world—and must actively pursue this vision.

The session concluded with a review and discussion of the agenda items prepared for the commission.
