Omidi: Directorate of International Affairs Fully Prepared to Support this Event

The second meeting of the scientific committee for the International Conference on Scientific Authority in Teacher Education was held at the Research Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education. FTEU of Tehran Province was selected as the executive secretariat and official host for the inaugural conference.

During the meeting, attended by Hossein Omidi, Head of the International Affairs Committee and Director of International Affairs at FTEU, the university was formally designated to organize and host the first International Conference on Scientific Authority in Teacher Education, focused on challenges, strategies, and solutions in this domain.

Omidi stated, “Considering the infrastructure available in cities such as Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz, Razavi Khorasan, Qom, and Markazi—including airports, hotels, and hospitality services for international guests—we recommended that such international events be held in locations with suitable facilities. After several meetings and comprehensive discussions, Tehran was ultimately selected as the host city. I would like to extend my congratulations to Dr. Ali Mohammadi, the Chancellor of FTEU of Tehran Province, and announce that the Directorate of International Affairs is fully prepared to provide all necessary supports for the organization of this event."

Dr. Ali Mohammadi, the Chancellor of FTEU of Tehran Province, expressed gratitude for the trust and attention shown by the university and voiced optimism that, with the cooperation of all departments, the university will be an excellent host for the international event and will benefit from Dr. Omidi’s expertise in international affairs.
