Advisor and Representative of Minister of Education in Farhangian University: Effective Management is Key to Advance University

Jalal Delghandi, Advisor and Representative of the Minister of Education, stated that competent, program-focused managers are crucial for promoting vitality, dynamism, and progress at Farhangian University.

 

Speaking at the meeting of Board of Directors, Delghandi thanked Ayoub Ebrahimi, former Head of the Center for Supervision, Evaluation and Quality Assurance, and wished him future success.

 

He reaffirmed the Minister’s commitment to address university infrastructure shortages, particularly through new dormitory construction via available legal routes. Delghandi encouraged university managers to foster hope and motivation within the university community and to address organizational challenges proactively and professionally.

 

Delghandi advocated for further enhancement of the university’s curriculum, stressing that advancing education based on FTEU’s central role in the national system is a strategic objective. He also called for closer cooperation between university chancellors and provincial education directors to optimize resources and outcomes nationwide.

 

He concluded by highlighting that official ceremonies and free open forums should be held at a level worthy of the university’s distinction.
