University Chancellor Stresses Practical Engagement of Provincial Education Directors in Teacher-Student Training

Dr. Rajab Ali Borzooei, Chancellor of Farhangian University, underscored the critical requirement for hands-on cooperation from provincial education directors to advance the training process for teacher-students. With the admission of 1,000 new students, he stressed this collaboration is more vital than ever for achieving quality outcomes.

Speaking at a joint assembly of Deputy Ministers and provincial education directors—hosted in Isfahan—he expressed satisfaction with recent cooperation, noting that many programs could not reach fruition without provincial support. Dr. Borzooei acknowledged existing physical and residential facility shortcomings but reported significant advances in educational programs and software, forecasting marked expansion within three years.

He called for education officials to be actively involved in the teacher-student training process for better alignment with their needs, stating hands-on participation enables exposure to senior educators’ practical experience, enhancing instructional quality.

Dr. Borzooei also pointed out that over half of the university’s budget derives from provincial contributions, emphasizing timely financial cooperation to prevent disruptions in educational and developmental projects.
