The 19th meeting of the Supervision, Evaluation, and Quality Assurance Council of Farhangian University was convened on Sunday, 18 Aban 1404, with the participation of the university Chancellor, council members, and representatives from the Ministry of Science, Tehran University, and other related bodies.
Opening the session, Dr. Rajab Ali Borzooei emphasized the fundamental role of supervision in university governance. He stated, "Supervision and evaluation are essential pillars of good university governance. The Quality Assurance Center must systematically monitor processes, prevent potential deviations, and facilitate data-driven managerial decision-making.
"
Dr. Borzooei expressed appreciation for the efforts of former quality assurance managers and stressed the need for the center to leverage its specialized, capable staff to reclaim its strategic role in information management, credible analysis, and as a strategic arm for advancing university quality.
Highlighting the presence of Ministry of Science representatives, he advocated for utilizing the experiences of leading Iranian universities in both council and expert committee meetings to drive effective changes and continuous improvement at Farhangian University.
The session concluded with distribution of appointment letters to newly assigned members of the center’s specialist workgroups.
