Addressing the participants, Professor Dr. Mehrmohammadi said “I learned to interpret you as the Cultural Division of the University due to your determined, targeted, and purposeful presence in the attempt, and with such investment Farhangian University finds its true meaning”. Professor Mehrmohammadi addressed cultural authorities of the campuses and said, you’ve earned credits and the reputation of competence which made you to be selected as the cultural brokers of the university, and I hope you can get to the university's educational goals and objectives.
Referring to the occasion of teachers’ week, in another part of his speech, Professor Mehrmohammadi pointed to the significant event of this week and said:“the most imperative event of teachers’ week, every year, is a meeting with the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution”. He also pointed to the meeting of this year and said that the close consideration of the Supreme Leader to the significant matter of teacher education is an immense inspiration which paves the ways for progress. Professor Mehrmohammadi pointed out that while the issue of teacher training is a national issue, it demands for national efforts and national capacities in this regard should be synergistic to come to the field. He added that this is something that we still have a distance from and this is the second aspect which officials at various levels need to consider. Professor Mehrmohammadi also continued and said that: “Focusing on the issue of teacher education as a national mission must be considered by officials at different levels following the guidelines advised by the supreme leader”. Dr. Mehrmohammadi said : "To thank and express our commitment to what was ordered by the Islamic Revolution Leader, we dedicated a letter after the visit". One of the key strategies and strategies for the realization of orders to develop Teacher Education University was elaborated in the letter and it was stated that we do not confine the teaching education enterprise only to the formal curriculum; but we tend to revise and update it. In light of upstream documents for teacher education we came up with the conclusion that formal curriculum alone would not lead us to teacher competencies and qualifications. Professor Mehrmohammadi said that along with the official curriculum, the informal curriculum has been anticipated which gives teacher students learning opportunities supplements and growth. Our expected sketch, character, and identity would not be gained if we merely confine ourselves to completing some courses. Our interpretation of informal curriculum is a quality strategy. Implementation of such strategies is in your hands and eyes staring into the hands of your grace. One area of informal curriculum is the formation of student groups that brings them benefit – i.e. good and pure opportunities which are constructive to the development of student teachers and the formation of their characters.
