Farhangian University (CFU) offers full time programmes to qualified candidates with Diploma/equivalent qualifications as these are entry requirements for its Bachelor Degree. Candidates are eligible to apply for BA. Programme in teacher education through national University Entrance Examination (UEE) which is conducted every year by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology (MSRT) in a nationwide fashion. One of the missions of MSRT is to absorb students for universities and to make sure that they are qualified for the major requested. Although Farhangian University is to establish an independent system of examination , Professional Qualification Test (PQT), to recruit more competent and desired candidates for teaching profession, UEE is the only system of accepting students in a national level. The acting president of CFU believes in the necessity of Professional Qualification Test (PQT) for recruiting teachers to prevent the emission of individuals with little merit and competency to education system.Other group of individuals who are eligible to enter the BA. Programme are teachers of the Ministry of Education with Associate Degrees relevant to teacher education. This second group is accepted through special qualification system (Examination followed by interview) to make sure they are motivated and qualified. Right now, the university offers the following fields of studies which are of prime importance to the needs of the Ministry of Education to provide schools with qualified teachers. The Bachelor of Education is a four-year program with around 135 credit hours.
