Prof. Dr. Mehrmohammadi, acting president of Farhangian University, and Dr. Allahyari, head of psychology and counseling system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, signed a memorandum of cooperation. Licensing of professional activity by the University under specified conditions, determining representatives to follow up the execution of the memorandum of cooperation, careful monitoring and evaluation, offering appropriate feedback of psychology and counseling services, cooperating in the area of qualitative psychology and counseling services, cooperating in the organization of conferences ..., co-authoring and editing pamphlets, books and publications related to the development of psychology, cooperating in developing counseling centers specialized in the design and implementation of research cooperation, etc. were the most important items of the memorandum. Prof. Dr. Mehrmohammadi stated that one of the strategies of Farhangian University is that to use the existing capacity to achieve the goals and objectives, so that teacher students must be equipped to different abilities to improve their competencies.
