The preliminary meeting for encouraging the brilliant talents of Farhangian University (FU) was held in administrative building of FU on 17 October 2015. The meeting was directed by Prof. Mehermohammadi , acting president of FU, and attended by Deputy of Education, representatives of Deputy for students’ Affairs, and Deputy of Socio-cultural research. It was decided to use the experience and efforts of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, National Elites’ Foundation and universities, to the provision of administrative measures to encourage talents among student teachers and university educators in FU. Deputy of Education in FU was assigned to develop the preliminaries and to introduce approaches for implementation within the next month.
