Memorandum of Co-operation between Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) and Technical and Vocational University (TVU)

The Memorandum of Co-operation for Educational, Cultural and Research activities was signed between Farhangian Teacher Education University (FTEU) and Technical and Vocational University (TVU)

In order to create synergy and benefit from the capacities and facilities in educational, research, cultural fields, with the presence of Prof. Khanifar, the Acting President of FTEU and Prof. Salehi Omran, the head of TVU, a Memorandum of Co-operation was signed between FTEU and TVU on 03 Feb. 2018.

At the meeting of the Memorandum of cooperation, Prof. Khanifar, Acting President of FTEU pointed out the background of the cooperation and commonalities of the two universities, emphasizing the importance of constructive interaction. He further expressed his hope that this memorandum and its implementation would be an effective step for the future of the two university and Iran.

Referring to the teacher's education background, Prof. Salehi Omran, the head of TVU, considered this memorandum in line with the quantitative and qualitative promotion of education. Regarding FTEU as the main Teacher Training Institution in Iran, he also expressed his hope that this memorandum can use the existing capacities to serve and bless the academic community and would provide a framework for cooperation between all levels of the two universities.

It is worth noting that the provision of this Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between FTEU and TVU that is valid for 5 years includes all aspects of knowledge, education and facilities such as transfer of knowledge, application of research achievements, holding short and medium term training courses tailored to the needs of the society, holding exhibitions, Workshops and conferences, and the use of the capacities and laboratories of two universities. The last but not the least, Dr. Saki, Vice-President of Research and Technology of FTEU and Dr. Sinai respectively appointed as the representative of FTEU and TVU to examine and hold practical and specialized meetings
