At a press conference in Khorasan Razavi Province, Prof. Khanifar, Acting President of FTEU, stated that Teacher Education should focus on Teaching Skills and teachers would get familiar with the system of education through graduating from FTEU.

 “Teachers need to attend teacher training, undergraduate courses and internships, which is only achieved through teacher training Courses of FTEU.
Disagreeing with the uniformity of campuses and centers of FTEU, he said, "To improve and modernize the physical environment of the university, we need to have a desirable pattern based on climate and geography with a native look of each province."
He said that the position of the teacher's profession in the first rank reflects the intellectual maturity of the community and the students.
He also emphasized the development and revitalization of teacher training centers for other purposes: University of Cultural Studies is a national concern of the Supreme Leader to the Government of the Ombudsman and the Ministers.
