As such, Prof. Dr. Jack C. Richards accepted our invitation and joined us on the agenda.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nA Two-day Seminar was held (17-18 Nov 2014) in Farhangian University in which several panelists were fruitfully discussed the objectives and stated their view points. The panelists’ major frame of reference captured global and local issues of English Language Teaching. The seminar participants were from all universities and from different institutes relevant to language teaching and teacher education.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWorkshop (19-20th Nov 2014) was exclusively organized for academic members and lecturers of Farhangian University which was fully participated by the target population.
