The first report is allocated to the measures taken in the fields of student dormitories, welfare, and sport.\r\n\r\nPreparation for the Start of the Academic Year\r\n\r\nOne of the most important actions in the Vice-Chancellery for Student-Teachers’ Affairs is conducting an annual census and preparing welfare and educational spaces for the start of the academic year in 98 campuses and centers, and adding 1.37 square meters to the dormitory space per capita.\r\n\r\nThe issue of dormitories is among the fundamental responsibilities of the Vice-Chancellery for Student-Teachers’ affairs. In 2024, the department has taken the following actions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDeveloping the housing website to offer services related to dormitory accommodation (reservation and related services)\r\n\tUpdating and integration of the Vice-Chancellery’s websites (health, food, and dormitories)\r\n\tConstant follow-up and coordination with the province governor’s offices, the Department of Education, and related general offices in order to supply the needs of the dormitory and educational spaces\r\n\tHousing of 60503 student-teachers in 304 dormitory buildings\r\n\tReviewing the guest student requests\r\n\tAccepting 2183 guest student requests among 5099 candidates\r\n\r\n\r\nMajor Welfare, Educational, and Sport Measures\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDeveloping loan services for married students; taking advantage of facilities offered by the Ministry of Education for student-teachers; they are included in the services offered on no-interest loans, and welfare spaces of the Ministry of Education.\r\n\tMeasures on the Development of Infrastructures and Equipment of Industrial Kitchens\r\n\tEstablishment of counseling, health, and lifestyle centers in campuses and centers across the country\r\n\tRecruitment of 137 academic members in the field of counseling and psychology, as well as 50 physicians, to offer health and psychology services to student-teachers\r\n\tOrganization of over 370 round-the-clock supervisors\r\n\tPsychological interviewing of about 81000 students upon entrance\r\n\tComprehensive Plan of Prevention of Social Harms for the student-teachers\r\n\tIssues including self-awareness, emotion management, effective communication, interpersonal relationships, problem-solving ability, and effective decision-making to prepare newly-admitted student-teachers and raise their awareness \r\n\r\n\r\nCarrying out the Comprehensive Plan of Prevention of Social Harms No. 2 on addiction prevention for 24000 senior student-teachers in collaboration with the organization of Social Affairs of the Interior Affairs Ministry, including the specialized course on prevention from addiction to narcotics, psychotropic drugs, and alcohol, specific to counseling academic members and counsellors.\r\n","content_html":"
