The session was hosted by Farhangian University.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nDuring the meeting, Dr. Borzooei outlined the operational requirements of this legal provision and underscored the importance of formulating an accurate, up-to-date and effective by-law. He also emphasized that a strategic approach to revising the Service Commitment Law and redesigning the recruitment process for future teachers constitutes a key prerequisite for transformation in human-resource development in the education sector.
