Apart from managerial affairs, this office assesses the status of educational, cultural and research subsystems and the other technical services provided by FU.\r\n\r\nThe assessment of the following components is tasked with the Office for Assessment and Organizational Excellence.\r\n\r\n\r\n\tThe academic system,\r\n\tThe performance of university&rsquo;s sub-system,\r\n\t&nbsp;The degree of fulfillment in the Strategic Document of FU,\r\n\tThe annual policies and programs of FU,\r\n\t&nbsp;The degree of improvement and development of the administrative system,\r\n\tThe management of organizational performance,\r\n\tThe internal assessment of educational departments ,\r\n\tAd hoc assessment of respective centers,\r\n\tThe degree of success in executing the approvals of the FU&rsquo;s &nbsp;Board of Trustees and Board of Directors, and\r\n\tThe establishment of the management for organizational excellence and quality.\r\n\r\n\r\n2-The Management for Professional Development&nbsp;aims at improving the organizational efficiency and efficacy via turning the individuals into self-taught learners. It also provides the faculty members and the staff with chances to professional development. So, by adopting a scientific approach to education, this department follows a four-stage cycle including:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tNeeds Measurement,\r\n\tPreparing academic calendar,\r\n\tOrganizing courses on professional development, and\r\n\tAssessing the organized courses on professional development.\r\n\r\n\r\n&nbsp;The main function of this department is to detect the professional development needs of the human resources and meet them.\r\n\r\n3-The Center for Assessing the Professional Competencies of Human Resources: aims at providing a medium for developing the capabilities of human capital in FU to enhance their professional competencies. This department directs its activities by observing the principles, policies, strategies and general agendas dominant in supervision, Evaluation and quality assurance.
