The main mission of this research institute is to do research on Islamic education with the purpose of theorizing and producing knowledge on Islamic education with taking into consideration the needs of the FarhangianUniversity and the educational system.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe Research Institute consists of three research departments:\r\n\r\n1) Department of basic and theoretical studies\r\n\r\n2) Department of Teacher Education Studies\r\n\r\n3) Department of curriculum development and Training\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe institute has a specialized library containing all the books and journals on Islamic education.
