The Minister of Education, Dr. Alireza Kazemi, has officially appointed Dr. RajabAli Borzooei, President of Farhangian University, as Project Director for the Teacher Competency Assessment in the 2026 Specialized Teacher Education Entrance Examination, which serves as a key pathway for the admission of studentteachers into the national teacher education system.

According to the Public Relations Office of Farhangian University, the appointment was made in accordance with Clause (b), Article 1 of the revised regulations governing the assessment and admission of students committed to service in the Ministry of Education, approved during the 904th session of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution on September 10, 2024.

Under this decree, Dr. Borzooei will oversee the national project responsible for evaluating the professional competencies of candidates seeking admission as studentteachers through the specialized teacher education examination for the academic year 1405 (2026).

The ministerial decree emphasizes the importance of drawing upon the experiences gained from the implementation of this mission in previous years. It underscores that the teacher competency assessment scores and evaluations play a decisive role in the final admission outcomes of studentteacher candidates and therefore require the highest levels of accuracy, transparency, and integrity.
