Minister of Education Emphasizes Performance Evaluation of Managers; Commends Dr. Borzooei’s Contributions at the University of Teacher Training
According to the Public Relations Office of the University of Teacher Training, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, Alireza Kazemi, Minister of Education, expressed gratitude to the members of the executive board, the vice presidents of the University of Teacher Training, the heads of provincial campuses, and the families of martyrs present at the meeting, acknowledging their efforts during the challenges posed by the ongoing hard war. He stated that significant work has been done across all educational, administrative, and training sectors, highlighting the contributions of each provincial university.
During the session, held both in-person and online, Kazemi extended special thanks to Dr. Borzooei for his remarkable achievements and emphasized the importance of evaluating and measuring the performance of managers based on specific criteria. He noted that evaluations should reflect management performance during their tenure rather than being influenced by political biases or personal interests. It is crucial that assessments remain fair and not swayed by subjective motives.
Kazemi also highlighted the impressive achievements of the Ministry of Education and the University of Teacher Training regarding human resources, faculty engagement, structural transformation, synergy between the two institutions, cultural educational activities, student recruitment, and the development of facilities and infrastructure.
