Inauguration of a 360-Bed Dormitory at Kermanshah University of Education with the Presence of the Vice President for Executive Affairs

With the presence of the Vice President for Executive Affairs and several national and regional officials, the 360-bed dormitory project designated for female student teachers at Kermanshah University of Education was inaugurated.

According to the public relations office of Kermanshah University of Education, the dormitory project was inaugurated on Tuesday, February 23, 2025, by Mohammad Jafar Ghaemzadeh, the Vice President for Executive Affairs and Head of the Presidential Office; Monojahr Habibi, the Governor of Kermanshah; Bahram Soleimani, the Deputy for Political, Security and Social Affairs of the Governor's Office; Jalil Balayi, the Deputy for Management Development and Resources; Soleiman Mohibi, the Director General of Education in the province; Farzad Amirzadeh, the President of Kermanshah University of Education, and a number of provincial officials.

This project, covering an area of 3,300 square meters, includes 46 equipped suites, a courtyard of 200 square meters, and 160 square meters of fencing, executed with a budget exceeding 8 billion tomans.

The dormitory was established with the aim of providing standard accommodation and enhancing the welfare of female student teachers. During the inauguration ceremony, the Vice President emphasized the critical role of education in the country's advancement, stating that the Fourteenth Government is resolutely addressing challenges in the education sector, as it is the foundation for national development. Ensuring a safe, suitable, and dignified environment for female students is a serious priority for the government, and the inauguration of this project represents a significant step towards strengthening educational and welfare infrastructure.

At the end of the ceremony, he responded to questions from reporters and underscored the government's ongoing support for the development of educational and research infrastructure.
